Core Returns Information Prepurchase Injection Pump Core
Core Returns Information…………if using a credit card Blue Chip does not charge the core charge of $600 at time of purchase. We only charge you the $600.00 core charge if we do NOT RECEIVE your core within 30 days of purchase/ship date! The on file credit card will only be charged if the core is not received within 30 days of the original shipping date. We offer you 30 days to return the core with no penalty and even pay for the return freight, to entice you to get the core back to us promptly. • After installing our rebuilt VP44, simply reinstall plugs provided with the rebuilt pump in the core pump to prevent leakage, wrap core in sturdy plastic bag, and reuse our packing. • Put the enclosed UPS return label over the original shipping label and drop off at your local UPS drop location, or give to any UPS driver you can find. • Be sure the receipt number or your name is on the label to insure an accurate/timely credit. Blue Chip’s Core Value Policy is straightforward and simple……. We do not deduct for, or issue partial credit of the core charge, unless the core has been in a fire, has been disassembled, or any part of the case is broken. The cost of each of these deductions is $200.00. These charges or deductions will be charged to your credit card or deducted from your refund check. If you think any of these charges may pertain to your core, please call 888-472-7373. Charges Accrued After 30 Days……………………….. • The credit card that we have on file will be charged for the amount of the core, $600.00. • If the core is received 31 days through 45 days after the original shipping date, refund of the core charge, less 10%, less above deduction(s), if any, will be issued to the customer in a company check from Blue Chip. • If the core is received 46 days through 60 days after original shipping date, refund of the core charge, less 50%, less above deduction(s), if any, will be refunded in a company check from Blue Chip. • After 60 days no core charge refunds will be made, unless previously arranged before 30 days from original shipment date, and on file at Blue Chip. If you have a problem with these conditions, or need special consideration for some worthwhile reason feel free to talk with us, BEFORE 30 days. We may extend the due date, if possible, but not after 30 days, as we really need the cores back promptly. If you borrow our puller and don’t return it within 30 days of original shipment, you will be charged $50 on your credit card. The same policies and penalties apply to puller credits as for injection pump cores. As an added incentive to get the core back promptly....... We pay for the return shipping of your core! We will include with the rebuilt unit a UPS "RETURN SERVICE LABEL" for free return shipping. If the prepaid return label is lost or misplaced it is the customer’s responsibility to get the core back to us within the 30 day return period.
Customers outside the 48 US states will be responsible for return shipping charges. A Prepaid UPS return label will only be sent to customers in the 48 US states. If you do not use a credit card for the core charge.... You may prepay the core charge of $600.00, or it can be included in a COD shipment amount, or you may send us your core prior to us shipping the rebuilt unit. If you choose to send the core to us before we send the rebuilt unit, please fill out completely and sign the form below. Email the signed/completed form to info@bluechipdiesel.com and we will send a call tag for UPS to pick it up if you are in the 48 US states and we’ll even pay the freight! As soon as we see the core has been picked up we will ship the rebuilt unit that same day if possible.

We really want you to understand everything up front! PLEASE pack the return core well. Make sure the pump fits tightly in the box. We recommend double boxing for best protection. YOU are responsible for getting the core to us in one piece with no damage!

The charge for each of these deductions is $200.00. You hereby agree to pay these charges, if they apply, when core is inspected by Blue Chip.
